Welcome to Swearena 2025!

The 2025 edition of the Swedish National Tournament, SweArena, will take place in Örebro on the 16th of August.

Sign up to compete

Athletes are required to sign up in order to compete in the tournament. Deadline for signing up is on the 26 July 2025. Participants of Battle of Bifrost will be prioritized until the 16 July.

The tournament fee for SweArena is 400 SEK.

Please note that the athlete must have an active LudoSport+ account for the 2024–2025 season.

Workshop on Sunday 17 August

The day after Swe-Arena there will be a workshop led by Seb Ferris. The workshop will consist of two 2-hour sessions with a one hour break in between.

There are 30 places at the workshop. Athletes participating in SweArena will have priority for 20 of these places. The first 20 athletes to register get a guaranteed spot.

Sign up as staff

Anyone can sign up to help as staff on SweArena. There are a some major roles that we need to cover in order to hold a tournament. Then there are other roles that are really nice to have. If you want to help out, it is much appreciated! No previous experience is needed. You don't even need to be a part of LudoSport!

Porkside after the tournament 16 August

As is tradition, some of the members of LudoSport Sweden are organizing a Porkside after the tournament. A Porkside is a private unofficial event, often a dinner or a party.

The Porkside after SweArena will take place on Grekiska grill & bar. It is a restaurant roughly 2km from SweArena. It begins at 20:00 (8 pm). Address: Rudbecksgatan 125, 702 13 Örebro. More information about this will come to participating athletes and staff.

Livestream

The tournament will (depending on the wonders of technology) be live streamed on the YouTube channel of LudoSport Sweden

How to get to the venue

The tournament will be held in 'Bollhallen' at the Örebro campus gym.

Bus to Campus Örebro

Bus nr 1 och 2 towards Brickebacken and bus nr 6 towards the University goes to Örebro university.

With Car

Arriving with car on E18/E20 or from Örebro centrum, there are signs towards the university or towards the university hospital which is a couple of km from the university.
